Kohlrabi Fries
2 kohlrabi roots
2 tbsp olive oil
¼ tsp chili powder
¼ tsp ground cumin
Salt & pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
1 Preheat oven to 425°F.
2 Wash, peel, and remove leaves from kohlrabi.
3 Cut kohlrabi into long strips.
4 Toss kohlrabi with olive oil, salt, and seasoning.
5 Place on baking sheet. Bake for 15 min.
6 Flip fries. Bake for another 15 min. Serve warm.
