FENNEL
Parmesan Roasted Fennel
4 tbsp olive oil
4 fennel bulbs
1 tbsp fennel fronds
⅓ cup shredded parmesan
Salt & pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
1 Preheat oven to 375°F.
2 Lightly oil 13” x 9” glass baking dish.
3 Arrange fennel in the dish. Sprinkle with parmesan.
4 Drizzle with oil. Add salt and pepper.
5 Bake 45 min, or until fennel is golden brown.
6 Chop fennel fronds. Sprinkle over roasted fennel.
